You may use the game, including streaming or sharing gameplay footage, in line with the store platform rules and all applicable law.

- You may not cheat, exploit, interfere with service integrity, or attempt to bypass technical protections.

- You may not use MusicHell in a way that harms the game, its systems, or other players.
Updates and Availability

Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in MusicHell, including code, art, music, branding, and other content, remain with Sindruid or its licensors.

MusicHell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every system configuration.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sindruid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MusicHell.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to MusicHell or related services if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
